Counselling is a personal and private process where anything that is spoken about is confidential and the identity of the client is kept anonymous at their wish.

I truly appreciate my therapist work, It changed my whole view of life and it’s so wonderful that I have started finding my true authentic self. Rachel was very caring and understanding about my mental health after I lost my dad.

Rachel’s gentle and patient ways helped gain my trust and I felt she could empathise with me through personal experience. She inspired me to be more self confident through self expression.
